FBI Protest: Investigate the Corrupt Carson City courts

FBI protest carson city courts

A major protest will occur to demand that the FBI investigate the corruption in the Carson City and Reno Courts.

IMG_0357 IMG_0362

Have a problem with the Carson City Courts, Sheriff or DA? Call the FBI and the local news sources and demand an investigation, and charges filed against the corrupt licensed criminals like “Judge” Tatro, Sheriff Ken furlong and DA Neail Rombard and his corrupt sidekick Mark Krueger.

We’re also calling all Nevada Senators and Representatives to demand that FBI do their damn job and investigate that rampant corruption and criminal activity including “Acting under the color of Law” and RICO.

Stay tuned for details and pictures.

Issues:

  • Backdated court filings.
  • Judge Tatro filing false criminal complaints against Ty Robben.
  • Carson City Sheriff and DA fabricating evidence.
  • Cover ups including MURDER and the Judge Tatro shooting because Tatro had an affair with the shooters mom!
  • NHP editing audio video dash camera footage.
  • DAS operating outside jurisdiction.
  • CCSO poisoning food in the jail, not giving inmates required meds, tainted jail water, etc.
  • And much more.

FBI Color of Law Abuses

Gavel

U.S. law enforcement officers and other officials like judges, prosecutors, and security guards have been given tremendous power by local, state, and federal government agencies—authority they must have to enforce the law and ensure justice in our country. These powers include the authority to detain and arrest suspects, to search and seize property, to bring criminal charges, to make rulings in court, and to use deadly force in certain situations.

Preventing abuse of this authority, however, is equally necessary to the health of our nation’s democracy. That’s why it’s a federal crime for anyone acting under “color of law” willfully to deprive or conspire to deprive a person of a right protected by the Constitution or U.S. law. “Color of law” simply means that the person is using authority given to him or her by a local, state, or federal government agency.

The FBI is the lead federal agency for investigating color of law abuses, which include acts carried out by government officials operating both within and beyond the limits of their lawful authority. Off-duty conduct may be covered if the perpetrator asserted his or her official status in some way.

During 2012, 42 percent of the FBI’s total civil rights caseload involved color of law issues—there were 380 color of law cases opened during the year. Most of the cases involved crimes that fell into into five broad areas:

  • Excessive force;
  • Sexual assaults;
  • False arrest and fabrication of evidence;
  • Deprivation of property; and
  • Failure to keep from harm.

Excessive force: In making arrests, maintaining order, and defending life, law enforcement officers are allowed to use whatever force is “reasonably” necessary. The breadth and scope of the use of force is vast—from just the physical presence of the officer…to the use of deadly force. Violations of federal law occur when it can be shown that the force used was willfully “unreasonable” or “excessive.”

Sexual assaults by officials acting under color of law can happen in jails, during traffic stops, or in other settings where officials might use their position of authority to coerce an individual into sexual compliance. The compliance is generally gained because of a threat of an official action against the person if he or she doesn’t comply.

False arrest and fabrication of evidence: The Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution guarantees the right against unreasonable searches or seizures. A law enforcement official using authority provided under the color of law is allowed to stop individuals and, under certain circumstances, to search them and retain their property. It is in the abuse of that discretionary power—such as an unlawful detention or illegal confiscation of property—that a violation of a person’s civil rights may occur.

Fabricating evidence against or falsely arresting an individual also violates the color of law statute, taking away the person’s rights of due process and unreasonable seizure. In the case of deprivation of property, the color of law statute would be violated by unlawfully obtaining or maintaining a person’s property, which oversteps or misapplies the official’s authority.

The Fourteenth Amendment secures the right to due process; the Eighth Amendment prohibits the use of cruel and unusual punishment. During an arrest or detention, these rights can be violated by the use of force amounting to punishment (summary judgment). The person accused of a crime must be allowed the opportunity to have a trial and should not be subjected to punishment without having been afforded the opportunity of the legal process.

Failure to keep from harm: The public counts on its law enforcement officials to protect local communities. If it’s shown that an official willfully failed to keep an individual from harm, that official could be in violation of the color of law statute.

Filing a Complaint

To file a color of law complaint, contact your local FBI office by telephone, in writing, or in person. The following information should be provided:

  • All identifying information for the victim(s);
  • As much identifying information as possible for the subject(s), including position, rank, and agency employed;
  • Date and time of incident;
  • Location of incident;
  • Names, addresses, and telephone numbers of any witness(es);
  • A complete chronology of events; and
  • Any report numbers and charges with respect to the incident.

You may also contact the United States Attorney’s Office in your district or send a written complaint to:

Assistant Attorney General
Civil Rights Division
Criminal Section
950 Pennsylvania Avenue, Northwest
Washington, DC 20530

FBI investigations vary in length. Once our investigation is complete, we forward the findings to the U.S. Attorney’s Office within the local jurisdiction and to the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., which decide whether or not to proceed toward prosecution and handle any prosecutions that follow.

Civil Applications

Title 42, U.S.C., Section 14141 makes it unlawful for state or local law enforcement agencies to allow officers to engage in a pattern or practice of conduct that deprives persons of rights protected by the Constitution or U.S. laws. This law, commonly referred to as the Police Misconduct Statute, gives the Department of Justice authority to seek civil remedies in cases where law enforcement agencies have policies or practices that foster a pattern of misconduct by employees. This action is directed against an agency, not against individual officers. The types of issues which may initiate a pattern and practice investigation include:

  • Lack of supervision/monitoring of officers’ actions;
  • Lack of justification or reporting by officers on incidents involving the use of force;
  • Lack of, or improper training of, officers; and
  • Citizen complaint processes that treat complainants as adversaries.

Under Title 42, U.S.C., Section 1997, the Department of Justice has the ability to initiate civil actions against mental hospitals, retardation facilities, jails, prisons, nursing homes, and juvenile detention facilities when there are allegations of systemic derivations of the constitutional rights of institutionalized persons.

Resources

The various Judges(Judge Harold “Hal” G. Albright, Judge Charles McGee and Federal Judge Miranda Du)  involved in the various legal proceedings involving Ty Robben and the Carson City DA Neil Rombardo, Mark Krueger and Judge Tatro have a mandatory duty by law under the Nevada Judaical Code of Conduct and canons to report John Tatro, Neil Rombardo and Mark Krueger to the appropriate authorities. In this case that would be the FBI, the State Bar and the Commission on Judicial Discipline.

Nevada Judaical Code of Conduct:

Rule 2.14.  Disability and Impairment.  A judge having a reasonable belief that the performance of a lawyer or another judge is impaired by drugs or alcohol, or by a mental, emotional, or physical condition, shall take appropriate action, which may include a confidential referral to a lawyer or judicial assistance program.

COMMENT

      [1] “Appropriate action” means action intended and reasonably likely to help the judge or lawyer in question address the problem and prevent harm to the justice system. Depending upon the circumstances, appropriate action may include but is not limited to speaking directly to the impaired person, notifying an individual with supervisory responsibility over the impaired person, or making a referral to an assistance program.

      [2] Taking or initiating corrective action by way of referral to an assistance program may satisfy a judge’s responsibility under this Rule. Assistance programs have many approaches for offering help to impaired judges and lawyers, such as intervention, counseling, or referral to appropriate health care professionals. Depending upon the gravity of the conduct that has come to the judge’s attention, however, the judge may be required to take other action, such as reporting the impaired judge or lawyer to the appropriate authority, agency, or body. See Rule 2.15.

      Rule 2.15.  Responding to Judicial and Lawyer Misconduct.

      (A) A judge having knowledge that another judge has committed a violation of this Code that raises a substantial question regarding the judge’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a judge in other respects shall inform the appropriate authority.

      (B) A judge having knowledge that a lawyer has committed a violation of the Nevada Rules of Professional Conduct that raises a substantial question regarding the lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects shall inform the appropriate authority.

      (C) A judge who receives information indicating a substantial likelihood that another judge has committed a violation of this Code shall take appropriate action.

      (D) A judge who receives information indicating a substantial likelihood that a lawyer has committed a violation of the Nevada Rules of Professional Conduct shall take appropriate action.

COMMENT

      [1] Taking action to address known misconduct is a judge’s obligation. Paragraphs (A) and (B) impose an obligation on the judge to report to the appropriate disciplinary authority the known misconduct of another judge or a lawyer that raises a substantial question regarding the honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness of that judge or lawyer. Ignoring or denying known misconduct among one’s judicial colleagues or members of the legal profession undermines a judge’s responsibility to participate in efforts to ensure public respect for the justice system. This Rule limits the reporting obligation to those offenses that an independent judiciary must vigorously endeavor to prevent.

      [2] A judge who does not have actual knowledge that another judge or a lawyer may have committed misconduct but receives information indicating a substantial likelihood of such misconduct, is required to take appropriate action under paragraphs (C) and (D). Appropriate action may include, but is not limited to, communicating directly with the judge who may have violated this Code, communicating with a supervising judge, or reporting the suspected violation to the appropriate authority or other agency or body. Similarly, actions to be taken in response to information indicating that a lawyer has committed a violation of the Nevada Rules of Professional Conduct may include but are not limited to communicating directly with the lawyer who may have committed the violation or reporting the suspected violation to the appropriate authority or other agency or body.

      Rule 2.16.  Cooperation With Disciplinary Authorities.

      (A) A judge shall cooperate and be candid and honest with judicial and lawyer disciplinary agencies.

      (B) A judge shall not retaliate, directly or indirectly, against a person known or suspected to have assisted or cooperated with an investigation of a judge or a lawyer.

COMMENT

      [1] Cooperation with investigations and proceedings of judicial and lawyer discipline agencies, as required in paragraph (A), instills confidence in judges’ commitment to the integrity of the judicial system and the protection of the public.

July 4th 2013 Carson City Rally Against Tyranny – Pictures and Video

bill of rights on fireThe second amendment (armed protest) and fourth amendment (anti government spying) converged at the July 4th 2013 Carson City Rally Against Tyranny.

Essentially, the rally, protest, march or whatever you want to call it was a success. RGJ News did a short story and produced a short video here:

http://www.rgj.com/article/20130704/NEWS/130704006/Video-Several-protest-government-snooping-Fourth-July-Carson-City

Video – Armed March and Restore the Fourth Amendment rally in Carson City, NV

About 2 dozen people showed up at the second amendment (armed protest) and Restore the Fourth Amendment  movement (anti government spying) converged at the July 4th 2013 Carson City Rally Against Tyranny.

OBAMA... Our Money... Now our Guns...

OBAMA… Our Money… Now our Guns…

The armed march was an offshoot of the second amendment march that was originally planned for July 4th in Washington DC. However that plan was cancelled after the event organizer, Adam Kokesh was arrested prior to the controversial protest. Gun are not allowed in the District of Washington DC. Instead, Kokesh launched a 50 State armed march on State Capitols. Nevada is a State that still allows open carry of firearms.Treason

The Restore the Fourth Amendment protest was organized by Larry Rubald. Mr. Rubald stated in the press release “As I’m sure you’re aware, the federal government has been embroiled in scandal recently.  Not the least of which are the revelations about the extent of the federal government’s violation of our 4th Amendment rights.  In response, several organizations have sprung up to demand our rights back.  Mozilla (the non profit foundation that builds the open source Firefox browser) started the website stopwatching.us, and grassroots movements are popping up across the country to speak out. But there are many more actions that must be taken, and the person who can most make a difference is you.”

The “Worlds Larges Crime Scene Tape” was supplied by Mike Weston and Ty Robben who also made a massive banner that said “Wake Up America – The Endgame is Near” along with a massive banner promoting Alex Jone’s Infowars.com website.

Maybe they got there late. Channel 2 news got there late too, but they got some good footage, see the story and link below. We estimate there were over 1,000 people at the peak when the march started at the Reno Federal Courthouse and snaked through downtown Reno to the plaza on the river. A fair number seems to be 350, but it seemed like a thousand during the march. Infowars covered the media blackout and false reporting across the nation. ANTI CORRUPTION Protest Monday May 20th 2013 @ high noon El Dorado County District Attorney Vern Pierson

ANTI CORRUPTION Protest Monday May 20th 2013 at high noon in Placerville, CA “Hangtown” in front of the courthouse and District Attorney offices  against  El Dorado County District Attorney Vern Pierson

With no charges filed, we’re putting massive pressure on the El Dorado County District Attorney to prosecute Dennis Justin of the “Justin Bros Bail Bonds” Company for his role in the October 18th, 2012 burglary, assault and battery incident against Ty Robben in South Lake Tahoe, CA. Dennis Justin was clearly at the scene and broke into my home. Dennis Justin acted in conspiracy with Doug Lewis and fully participated in the conflict and criminal activity.

The DA did charge “Bounty Hunter” Douglas Lewis with 5 counts but they have offer him a plea deal to only take 2 counts and no jail time. This sends the message it’s OK to kick in doors and sho0t people to resolve civil matters… Boy, we know a lot of “civil matter” that can get cleared up very quickly with doors being kicked in and people tased, kidnapped and never to be seen again. But in reality, we know that these actions are illegal and the perpetrators should be charged with felonies and years time in prison.

Acting under the Color of law

Color of law refers to an appearance of legal power to act but which may operate in violation of law. For example, though a police officer acts with the “color of law” authority to arrest someone, if such an arrest is made without probable cause the arrest may actually be in violation of law. In other words, just because something is done with the “color of law”, that does not mean that the action was lawful. When police ac Continue reading

United States Supreme Court marked off with Crime Scene Tape

United States Supreme Court marked off with Crime Scene Tape
Friday, 01 February 2013  by William M. Windsor

united states supreme court crime scene

US Supreme Court Crime Scene

The United States Supreme Court has been roped off with crime scene tape.

Crimes have been committed inside these hallowed halls.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t the FBI or the police stretching out the Crime Scene banner, it was members of the Lawless America Revolution.

The 150-foot long 4-foot high CRIME SCENE banner was unfurled in front of the U.S. Supreme Court.  Security, police, and others looked on with shocked expressions.

For those who are unaware, the federal courts in America are a criminal racketeering enterprise, and the Supreme Court is as corrupt as it gets.  Even the Clerk’s Office of the Supreme Court is outrageously corrupt.

Bill Windsor of Lawless America has charges the U.S. Supreme Court justices with treason, and if a federal grand jury does not indict them, Windsor plans to bring charges of treason and much more to a citizen grand jury.  It’s time to clean house and replace all the corrupt judges with honest people who are accountable.

Protesters gather in front of Reno Nevada home of Federal Prosecutor Ron Rachow

On November 23, 2012 Protesters gather in front of Reno Nevada home of Federal Prosecutor Assistant U.S. Attorney Ronald C. Rachow

Reno police (“RPD”) were apparently called by Mr. Rachow and RPD let the protesters continue their free speech and exercise their 1st amendment rights in front of Mr. Rachow’s Reno home. Thank you RPD, Guy Felton also thanks  Steven Pitts and salutes the RPD,  and we appreciate the professionalism of the RPD.

There is the Nolan Klein case where the prosecuting attorneyRon Rachow, intentionally withheld all of the exculpatory evidence that showed that someone else was responsible for the May 9, 1988 Payless Shoe Store crime. This was discovered in 2009 when Judge Adams ordered DA Richard Gammick to turn over the entire file in the Nolan Klein case. In the file were the handwritten notes that he was not going to turn over any of the exculpatory evidence that some else was responsible for that crime as well as the 3 other crimes, ALL HIDDEN FROM THE DEFENSE AND JURY.  Not only did Mr. Rachow withhold the evidence that would have cleared an innocent man, several employees within the Washoe District Attorney’s Office knew about this AND SAID NOTHING SINCE 1988. Mr. Rachow defied a 1988 Court Order by Judge Peter Breen to turn over all of the evidence.
Ron Rachow killed an innocent man

Ron Rachow killed an innocent man

In fact, in a September 22, 2008  interview given by Washoe County District Attorney, Dick Gammick regarding Mr. Klein being considered for a Pardon, Gammick publicly admitted that they opened up the DNA and tested it.  Shortly thereafter, ADA John Helzer appeared before the Nevada Pardons Board on October 29, 2008 stating prior to Mr. Klein ever  being considered for a Pardon he heard things so looked in Mr. Klein’s file. He looked, he saw and HE SAID NOTHING ABOUT THE OTHER SUSPECT.
     The Nevada Pardons Board denied Mr. Klein a Pardon, thereby, by their denying Mr. Klein a Pardon one can only conclude that they have to had to condone the Washoe County District Attorney’s Office of Brady Violations.
     After the Pardons Board Hearing, Mr. Klein’s attorney’s filed a Motion for Dick Gammick to turn over the DNA test results.  Washoe County District Court Judge Brent Adams issued and Order for Gammick to turn over the DNA test results and included the entire file in the Nolan Klein case.  On June 10, 2009 the file was turned over.  No tests results have ever been turned over.
     Just prior to Mr. Klein’s death in 2009 he learned the truth what the Washoe County District Attorney’s office did and how far several of members of the office went to coverup what Ron Rachow did.
     The Sparks Police Department’s theory was that Mr. Zarsky was responsible for this crime as well as other crimes in which those other victims cleared my innocent brother, Nolan Klein.
Sparks Tribune – Nevada in Brief In a 2010 video I  have Richard “Dick” Gammick on tape why he continued to employ Mr. Steven Barker who had been cited several times in several different cases for withholding evidence, even DNA that exonerated the person.
      In September the film crew will be coming to the Reno/Carson area to film the documentary movie “Lawless America”. Nolan Klein’s case will be featured as a part of the documentary movie on judicial corruption that will be presented to the United States Congress and the Sundance Film Festival.  Several requests thus far have been sent to Mr. Gammick and still no response.

Nevada State Personnel Watch gets over 10,000 hits worldwide

Our little Nevada ANTI-Corruption website has taken off and we’re celebrating our success with more updates and future demonstrations to promote the movement. We simply started the ANTI-Corruption movement as a grassroots effort with one cardboard sign and a cause to stand up to the corruption and relation in Nevada that has affected us personally.  We networked with other people who were also victims of Nevada’s web-of-corruption. See our stories – Mike Weston (Mike’s LawlessAmerica story) – Tonja BrownTy Robben (Lawless America video being produced and coming soon to expose the demonic rampant wholesale corruption in Nevada). Then there was the a new issue and cover-up by State of Nevada officials explained by Reno, NV KRNV mynews4.com NEWS. For now, please see our 2012 ANTI-Corruption Summer 2012 video.

Guy Felton’s youtube “Nevadagate” series on Nevada Corruption
Nevada government is permeated with a culture of corruption. Members of the state legislature meet for only 4 months every other year. This does not permit anything close to proper administration of the public affairs of Nevada’s 2.7-million residents.  Members of the upcoming 2013 legislative session are asked to answer tough-but-fair questions which might force changes for the better.

Judge John Tatro must recuse from Robben / Susan Martinovich case

Carson City Justice court judge John Tatro has acted outside the law, under color of law and thinks he is above the law.

We know Carson City Judge John Tatro has a history of “episodes” in the courtroom. These frothing “episodes” are captured on JAVS audio/video and prove this man is unfit for duty as a judge.

We keep finding new information about Judge John Tatro that validate his bias against Robben. We find John Tatro’s brother Tom Tatro worked for the NDOT Nevada Dept. of Transportation.

John Tatro and Susan Martinovich both went to Caron City High School, and Tatro denies this. Sheriff Kenny Furlong went there too. Can you say good ‘ol boy and girl network?

The unconstitutional and unconscionable $500,000.00 dollar bail against Robben far exceeds the $100.00 dollar bail schedule in Nevada.  judge Tatro issues orders with no hearings and no due process to further the cover-up and retaliation against Robben. See  Amendment 8 of the US Constitution.

The protesting has resumed and will continue to expose judge John Tatro and Carson City District Attorney Neil Rombardo and their blatant unconstitutional and unconscionable violations of the laws to cover-up the Susan Martinovich hit-and-run against Robben.

Robben rejects a ‘defer and dismiss’ extortion plea deal from DA, KRNV covers NDOT Retaliation, film crew to cover next protest

Protesting on temporally on hold this week as we prepare for major film crew Lawless America demonstration.   We also need to take a break from the ‘heat’ so to speak. We’re taking a vacation, spending time with family and contemplating new signage.  We were going to leave off the DA’s name on the signage, but now that we’re going to court, we need to let taxpayers know who’s spending their money and time prosecuting a sham case.

New video documentaries being produced to tell the personal stories of Robben and Tonja Brown / Nolan Klein.

New Carson City rules try to limit protests. We have already improvised a solution where the new areas can off-set restriction and a new trailer sign.  The new area actually allows us to display more signs. New signage to showcase the Cover-up. New proxy for Robben to keep protests going strong. Robben to still be active as he produces video documentaries and focus on offensive and defensive legal action surrounding false malicious prosecution.

Robben rejects a ‘defer and dismiss’ plea deal from DA.  Why admit quilt to something I did not do?

Carson City COVER-UP Susan Sartinovich hit-and-run, FALSE police report

Carson City COVER-UP Susan Sartinovich hit-and-run, FALSE police report

Carson DA (Name omitted): Thanks for the call.

The defer and dismiss requires me to admit guilt to something I did not do. You are smart and I know you would not admit to something you never did, why should I?

I respectfully decline the offer.

I’ll request a jury trial and I’ll prevail as a matter of law and fact. I’ll also demand the arrest record is expunged. I never harassed, stalked, assaulted Ms. Martinovich, nor did I  disturb disturbed the peace. In the even I lose, I’ll appeal to the district court. I do not want to threaten you, but this case is a total sham and I think you are very smart and see this. My offers are more amicable, and  Ms. Martinovich would still benefit.  I  am open to confidential discussions on the matter.  However, your purview is the criminal charge and not anything I may counter.

Perhaps Ms. Martinovic’s lawyer should call me to avoid malicias prosecution. Again, I think you’re very smart and that said you’ll see my position. Why admit guilt to something I never did and if I was setup this easy on these charges, I am worried about future bogus charges that would put me in jeopardy since I would likely be on probation/alternative sentencing. This is unacceptable. Thank you, I’ll see you in court.

More protests and new bigger mobile sign prototype

We will ramp up with more protests and new bigger mobile sign next week. We can’t wait to show off the new signage.  The new mobile sign will allow us to protest all over town in new locations and longer durations.  We have new protest surprises for Nevada government officials to keep their attention and keep coming back to our awesome websites.

We’ll put up pictures of the new signs very soon.

Here’s the mobile sign prototype with interchangeable signs to accommodate any situation.

August 03, 2012 mini-protest at Governor Sandoval’s mansion in Carson City, Nevada

After a full day of protesting in Reno, we took the protest to Governor Brian Sandoval’s mansion in Carson City for a mini protest.  We peacefully setup a few signs outside the backyard where a jazz concert was being performed.  We laid low and caught the attention on the concert goers after the final set.

The people were pleasant and we had no problems with anyone.  We spoke the the Governor’s mansion management and told them we’ll be doing more mini and even full scale protests at the Governor’s mansion in the near future 😉

Hot August NV ANTI-CORRUPTION Protests – Rockin’ the Reno Roundabout Aug. 03, 2012

We took the Nevada ANTI-CORRUPTION protest to Reno again for a day of protest in front of the Reno office of Nevada Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto on Kietzke Lane at the round-a-bout.

DAWN PATROL – We got there early and setup under the smokey sunrise and captivated the morning rush hour traffic.

The CRIME SCENE banner was in full force and the signage commanded the attention of everyone including the Reno 911 Police Department who showed up in an unmarked cruiser.   The property management also took notice.  In the end, the RPD and  property management folks were supportive and respected out 1st amendment rights.  The peaceful protest continued and our CRIME SCENE banner was still there for the duration of the protest at 5:00pm.

We thank RPD, the property management and the other businesses in the area for their understanding.  We will be back at this location to shoot TV news footage at a later date. We respect the businesses in the area and we will try to comply with any requests.  We are also at the mercy of the weather and wind in particular, so if we protests here again, we will try to have out banner flying before noon and we will shut down at a time to be determined.

We encourage anyone witnessing the protest to complain to Nevada Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto at

Taxation protests generate positive results, expose more corrution and will continue

The Nevada Department of Taxation protests generate positive results and will continue.

Current and former Tax employees confirm a culture-of-corruption still exists. Please email us at Nevadawatchdog@rocketmail.com to expose corruption, you can remain anonymous.

Nevada State Personnel Watch learns that a disgruntled person wiped “human defecation” on the desk/chair of Nevada Department of Taxation IT Director Vince Cherpeski. We can assure everyone it was not anyone of the people protesting or related to this web-site.  Interesting news, we wonder who did it.

Employees are still filing complaints, retaliation is rampant and even FMLA backdating has occurred. IT issues still occur and audits are problematic. People are supporting us and our cause.

Views to our youtube and NevadaStatePersonnelWatch.wordpress.com sites have gone off the hook.

July 30, 2012 protests in front of Carson City offices of Taxation and the State Capital

Protesting will continue in Carson City, Reno and new locations. We will have weekly demonstrations in Carson City at the State Capital. We are also doing full scale demonstrations at other locations including the Reno and Carson City AG and Tax offices. We will also do mini demonstrations and adapt to the areas and various protest zones. We may use billboards and mobile signs and other new techniques to get our message out and promote our websites.

Protesters rallied with a 4 foot by 150 foot long “CRIME SCENE” banner!

Protesters each have their individual complaints against the Attorney General, NDOC, NHP, the Governor and Reno DA Dick Gammick.

Individual complaints include backdated court filings, withholding evidence, Brady violations, computer problems in NDOC adding false charges to inmates records and deleting “good behavior” credits. Other people complain about being harassed by NHP (pulled over 40+ times) after reporting icy road conditions.

Nevada was recently given a D- grade in transparency and is a top State in the union for CORRUPTION. Essentially a “State of Corruption”.

Protesters are planning to continue these demonstrations in the weeks and months ahead now that the weather is nice and more victimized citizens are learning about the movement.

Q- What the hell is this protest all about?

A- In 2012, Nevada received a D- grade making it one of the worst States in the union for CORRUPTION and Judicial Corruption. Local Nevada citizens in Carson City and Reno networked and joined forces using the Internet and social media and old fashion methods to create a collision.  They were inspired to protest and created the Nevada ANTI-Corruption movement. One of the fellas involved in the protest is a professional sign maker who fabricated a massive 140 foot long, 4 foot tall one-of-a-kind CRIME SCENE banner.  The banner is unique and has commanded the attention of anyone who sees it as well as local, national and world-wide media attention. The other protest signs are also large and unique targeting specific issues and general anti-corruption messages.

The Nevada ANTI-Corruption movement is working and we are having success for individual causes and bringing public attention to the Rampant Wholesale Corruption here in Nevada. We will report news and information on out main website https://nevadastatepersonnelwatch.wordpress.com

We encourage people to watch out youtube videos at http://www.youtube.com/user/stumpjumpnty/videos

We are starting to regularly hold demonstrations in Carson City Nevada at the State Capital in front of the Attorney Generals office which is directly across from the Governor’s office on the main street and Musser St.

We will also hold demonstrations at other locations such as the Reno AG office, area courts (Reno, Carson, other) and pinpoint protests at Nevada Department of Taxation offices in Nevada and other State agencies as required. We may expand protests to Las Vegas and bring the CRIME SCENE banner to rural areas of Nevada too. All this brings attention to the judicial corruption happening in Nevada and the rest of the country.

We took the protest to Reno on July 26, 2012

We took the protest to Reno on July 26, 2012 for new photo shoots and scouted out new areas to protest. We setup early at the Nevada Department of Taxation and got the employees coming into work and the morning rush hour traffic on Kietzke lane. The protest area was small and we’ll consider more protests in this area and adapt to the limited area.  Of course, we can setup across the street for the next protest at this location.

We then took the protest the the Reno offices of the Nevada Attorney General on Kietzke Lane at the round-a-bout near Hwy. 395.  This was a very busy area with tens of thousands of cars zooming by.  The signs worked well and we commanded attention from traffic in both directions and traffic heading to Hwy. 395 south.

We shot a ton of footage and we’ll be using these images for the new videos.  New videos are being produced to detail the corruption in the Nevada Department of Taxation.  This will cover the IT system issues, the personnel issues and the constructed lax audits on mining and other industries.

We are also producing short videos that may be released very soon.  The themes are “Halftime in Nevada” based on the Chrysler 2012 Superbowl ad ‘halftime in America’ starring Clint Eastwood.  We will try and adapt the story from Detroit, Michigan to Carson City, NV. The theme is good and appropriate as ANTI-Corruption founders Mike Weston and Ty Robben await legal answers from the courts on their cases described on http;//NevadaStatePersonnelWatch.wordpress.com

An open letter to Nevada Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto and Brian Sandoval.

“We have the power to demonstrate to the people of Nevadathat honest, civil, and responsive government is alive and well inCarson City.” Governor Brian Sandoval from the State of the Union Address 2011.

The active Anti-Corruption campaign, protest, and movement is a peaceful demonstration ofNevada citizens who have been victimized byNevada government corruption.

The campaign is focused on judicial/legal corruption committed by the Nevada Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto’s office and her rogue Deputy Attorney General’s that carry on a pattern of illegal conduct.

The campaign is asking Ms. Cortez Masto, Governor Brian Sandoval and the legislature to work together and resolve the people’s grievances, end the corruption and use this opportunity as a catalyst to moveNevadafrom one of the most corrupt States in the union (D-) to a State that is graded A+ for transparency, anti-corruption laws, and whistle-blower protection.

We have assured Nevada Public Safety that the campaign will operate by the 1st amendment of the US Constitution’s right to free speech i.e. protesting.  We won’t take it to the levels of rock star Ted Nugent’s recent speech but we’re going to push the envelope to the point we’re calling out the politicians on their fraud, corruption and knowingly doing nothing to stop the corruption and thus supporting it.

We’re not a danger to anyone’s safety – only their political careers, public image and/or any legal action that they be subject to.  See Rod Blagojevich.

This Anti-Corruption movement is truly a grass roots cause.  Each person participating has their own story of corruption that’s affected them personally.  Some people have paid dearly like Tonja Brown who’s brother died in prison for a crime he did not commit.  Other people have had their careers and livelihoods destroyed by the corruption and retaliation. This is very, very serious and the movement will continued to grow as more people come forward with their stories of corruption and the desire to protest and make the needed changes happen here inNevada.

This is the moment in time when both Ms. Cortez Masto and Mr. Sandoval can truly rise to the occasion and do the right things.  Please do the right thing and meet and listen to us.  Most of the issues could be resolved quickly and easily and little cost/liability to the State ofNevada.  Changes could be implemented to accomplish better transparency and anti-corruption laws and accountability for existing laws. People’s lives can be made whole and closure can be made for the sins of the past.  Please helpNevada become a leader in fighting corruption and rise from a D- (F in transparency) to an A+ in anti-corruptibility.

On the other hand Ms. Cortez Masto and Mr. Sandoval, you can do nothing and thus support the corruption.  The protests could grow larger and travel to other parts of the State to promote our Anti-Corruption movement.

The 4 foot tall 150 foot long CRIME SCENE banner is attracting attention. See KOLO News video here: http://youtu.be/gbk0rKPnbfs and Nevada Appeal here: http://www.nevadaappeal.com/article/20120429/NEWS/120429789&parentprofile=search

Conclusion:

Ms. Cortez Masto and Mr. Sandoval Please do the right thing and meet and listen to us.  The corruption is bleeding the Taxpayers. People’s lives can be made whole and closure can be made for the sins of the past.  Please help Nevada become a leader in fighting corruption and rise from a D- (F in transparency) to an A+ in anti-corruptibility. We believe we’re on common ground with Mr. Sandoval who has stated he wants’ better transparency and “We have the power to demonstrate to the people of Nevada that honest, civil, and responsive government is alive and well in Carson City.” Governor Brian Sandoval from the State of the Union Address 2011.

Protesters: Attorney general Image
Nevada Appeal Capitol Bureau 04/04/12

A group of five protesters staked out the front of the attorney general’s office Tuesday, charging that state attorneys have withheld evidence in some cases and improperly manipulated court transcripts in others.

The group was led by Tonya Brown and Ty Robben, both of whom are suing the state over their claims. Brown says false charges were added to her brother’s inmate file by a Department of Corrections computer glitch, which she said caused the Parole Board to deny him release. She also says deputy AGs withheld evidence in her brother’s case. He later died in prison.

Robben is suing for reinstatement to his job with the Nevada Department of Taxation. He has accused the Carson City court clerk’s office of improperly allowed the attorney general’s staff to file documents late in his case. He also says staffers manipulated transcripts.

Brown said these are all civil rights violations that should be dealt with. To get attention from drivers passing the AG’s office during the lunch hour, they held up a 3-foot high, 20-foot-long banner reading “Crime Scene.”
