Patriot LaVoy Finicum was mbushed and assassinated in Burns, Oregon, by FBI Agents, and others. However presented, the Federal Government would like to distort, pervert or demonize all accounts, given by eyewitnesses the fact still remains, LaVoy was systematically and maliciously set up in a pre-planned and premeditated way, to be murdered by Federal agents, at the behest of the Federal power brokers elitist who control the Oregon governor, who in turn control State and local Law Enforcement.
There is no doubt in my mind that the FBI did not personally pull the trigger on LaVoy, but the FBI set into motion the circumstances, causation, and ultimate conclusion, concerning the Murder of LaVoy Finicum.
I speak from 39 years of Law Enforcement service work as a police officer for the Hermosa Beach Police Dept. in the State of California, and as a police officer-detective for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Dept., Robbery/Homicide Bureau. I also ran for the position of Sheriff of Clark County, Nevada in 2002, 2006, 2010, and 2014. I have had numerous occasions to work directly with the FBI, BATF, in criminal investigations.
Some of the things I noticed were that the FBI is very meticulous in planning missions and developing strategies but they refrain from actually getting their hands dirty. They usually use local, state law enforcement officers, or sometimes subcontracted individuals (like the BLM) to do the hands-on work, and immediately at the conclusion of the mission, move right in and take over everything. As a local law enforcement officer, I rather enjoyed working with the FBI because that meant the paper work that I had to turn in was very minimal and very brief, if any, sometimes. Out of 60 bank robbers that the LVMPD
and I arrested and were turned over to the FBI and BATF, I can only remember going to court one time to testify in Federal Court, as to the arrest and circumstances of the case. It seems as if the suspects always out to the Federal charges even though they were given long prison sentences in Federal prisons.
I was reminded of how FBI agents are forced to lie to the public by their bosses while just lately watching “The FBI Files ” on TV regarding a case involving several Las Vegas Casino robberies committed by Jose Vigoa and his robbery crew in or around 1998. This particular case was originally handled by me, whereby I had identified the suspects almost a year earlier and had requested resources be expended to keep these suspects under constant surveillance. This request for a 24-hour surveillance on these suspects was denied by upper police management, so I requested assistance from the BATF and FBI, which bought two weeks of surveillance on these suspects by the FBI surveillance team. It should be noted that the suspects also videotaped the FBI surveillance team as they videotaped the suspects.
Anyway long story short, the suspects who were robbing every 3 or 4 months , hit again at Ross Dress for Less in Henderson Nevada, whereby two armored guards were killed in the robbery. I vigorously attempted to tell everyone involved that the suspects were the same suspects that hit the casinos (Jose Vigoa, Oscar Cisineros and Pedro Duarte), but nobody was listening and refused to believe it. I was removed as lead investigator on this case by former LVMPD Lt. John Alamshaw, who later stole the entire file, six binders, and sold it to publisher John Huddy for money. (See “Storming Las Vegas”) The FBI now took a back seat to LVMPD’s renewed interest into Jose Vigoa’s robbery series which later concluded with the Bellagio Casino robbery. This case did not go federally and stayed within the State of Nevada, Clark County Jurisdiction.
As with the Vigoa case and the Hammond case, unfortunately politics plays a pivotal role in how, if ever, the Truth eventually comes out, as now with the LaVoy Finicum case. The corruption is embedded so deep in government and politics, it will take a lot of effort and money to dig the corruption out of the system, especially when they can lie, cheat, and murder without any accountability, remorse or appreciation of the value of a single human life, Truth or Justice.
I personally cannot find the words to adequately express my deep sorrow regarding the murder of LaVoy Finicum. I will keep these events and cause currents in my newspaper column to help promote awareness tothe evil that exists in our current corrupted government.
Please remember to keep your Faith, keep your Gun, and they can keep their change.
